REGISTRATION AND TUITION

There are three ways to register:

1. 1. Online Registration - Fill in the form and push submit. You will receive a message if your registration was successful. Please only register once.
   

2. 2. Download a registration_form.pdf and email it back to camp@svstrings.com (must have Adobe Acrobat or scan completed document.)
   

3. 3. Download a registration_form.pdf, print and mail to: SVStrings, 1190 E Saint James St., San Jose, CA 95116

There are three ways to pay fees:

Please submit only one payment at this time. Discounts are included in the totals.

1. 1. Pay online through PAYPAL or with credit card. See below.
   

2. 2. Pay on site by check or cash on registration day, July 18 between 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm.     (No discounts will apply.)
   

3. 3. Pay by check and mail to:

ONLINE FORM

Tuition and non refundable fees:

A non-refundable $50 fee is due for each student.

Morning session tuition is $400.

Afternoon session tuition is $525.

You may apply for a discount if you have multiple students from the same family by sending us an email.
